Today is the anniversary of when I was so nervous at the Hammersmith Odeon in London. So was David which is why he had me open his show by myself on solo piano playing his songs in front of this crowd of nearly 4,000 fans on the night in which David was performing his last ever concert as Ziggy Stardust.
